Hmong American Cast as Lead Role in Upcoming Television Series

John Yang is a talented Hmong filmmaker who is making strides within the filming industry. Some of his great past accomplishments include working on the set of the television show called the Full Bloom Show in 2013. This television show, ran by Zillion Media Inc., was aired by Fox affiliates for a total of 3 seasons with over 100 episodes. According to loved ones, John Yang can be found successful wherever he goes, and his caring, humble demeanor sets people at ease for them and others to truly be at their best selves when surrounded by him. Some of this success can now be found with him once again. John Yang has attracted the attention from a television network located in Alabama. His talent has surely shone through and made an impression amongst prestigious people.

This television network has agreed to work with him and his company, Kyo Production, for the production of a pilot for a television series. Not only that, but John Yang, will be staring as a lead role for the upcoming pilot and series. Another amazing fact is that John had actually written the script himself. His wife, Tracey S. Yang, spoke about her first time reading his script. “I remember reading John’s script for the first time and crying. It had such an immense impact upon me, and I remember feeling very moved by his story. I remember thinking, “We have to do this. It’s so good.”” John also hopes that his film will make an impact upon others as well as he desires to highlight much needed issues that present themselves around the world. This impact has also spread to garner the attention of some celebrities who have applied and auditioned for select roles to be in his film. “We have had so much talent apply to be in our film. It’s extremely humbling.” John states. John expresses the difficulty of making such a decision, but he has expressed his hope to offer the position of the other lead roles soon.
