Sous-chef: Lue Xiong of Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas

Lue Xiong is the new sous-chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is now open. The grand opening will be January 26th 2018.




























Xiong said, “this will be my third celebrity chef that I have worked for in Las Vegas. I have learned a lot from these experiences. It takes a lot of hard work and efforts. If you are in Las Vegas stop by to visit.”
